Green Arrow may have started out as little more than a Batman copycat, but new series writer Chris Condon has found the perfect way to differentiate the Emerald Archer from the Dark Knight.

When the current volume of Green Arrow was launched in 2023 as part of DC Comics’ “Dawn of DC” initiative, it played to the biggest and brightest ideas from Green Arrow’s history.
