The FCC’s authority to auction unused spectrum expired almost two years ago and Congress has failed to extend it.

The FCC rules on spurious emissions don’t seem ... but if your only need for a spectrum analyzer is to design the occasional filter or check signal quality, the tinySA is a pretty good deal.
