BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Former Jericho Road employee has pleaded guilty to theft of over $580,000 from a government program.

An Amherst man who previously worked for Jericho Road pleaded guilty after stealing or intentionally converting over $580,000 from the company last year, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.

An Amherst man pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to stealing $584,884 from Jericho Road Ministries while working as a senior grants accountant for the nonprofit.

We are told the suspect in this case, identified as Dejan Karlovic of Amherst, was in federal court Monday morning for an initial appearance on the federal criminal complaint from the FBI.
