BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Amedisys Inc. (AMED) on Wednesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $20.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

Oppenheimer analyst Michael Wiederhorn is updating its Amedisys (AMED) model following the Q4 earnings release. Amedisys is currently in the process of being acquired by UnitedHealth (UNH).

For the quarter ended December 2024, Amedisys (AMED) reported revenue of $598.05 million, up 4.8% over the same period last year. EPS came in at $0.96, compared to $0.94 in the year-ago quarter.
