Ralph Fiennes has played some of the greatest villains of cinematic history, including the malevolent wizard Voldemort of the "Harry Potter" franchise. Now, The Hollywood Reporter reveals that Fiennes will be using his Oscar-nominated talents to bring to life President Coriolanus Snow of "The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping".
