A second person has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a reporter from Kansas City who was in New Orleans covering the Super Bowl.

Manzano, 27, was found dead in his hotel room in Kenner, a suburb of New Orleans, on Feb. 5, four days before the big game. In March, a woman named Danette Colbert was charged with second-degree murder after being seen on surveillance video entering and then leaving Manzano's room and later being found with his credit cards and cellphone.
