Scarlett Pavlovich claims she faced sexual violence while working for Gaiman and his estranged wife, Amanda Palmer, in New Zealand

Scarlett Pavlovich, who last month accused Neil Gaiman of a litany of disturbing sexual crimes, has filed suit against Gaiman and his estranged wife, Amanda Palmer. Made public earlier today, the suit accuses Gaiman of sexual abuse and Palmer of being aware of his “decades-long history of sexual misconduct” and failing to protect Pavlovich from him.

Scarlett Pavlovich filed a lawsuit in federal court against the author Neil Gaiman on human-trafficking charges under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, a law intended to curtail the crime in the United States and abroad.

Gaiman and his wife, singer Amanda Palmer, face claims from their live-in nanny that Gaiman repeatedly raped her and called her his “slave.”

British author Neil Gaiman is being sued by his ex-nanny, Scarlett Pavlovich, who accuses him of sexual assault. The lawsuits, which also involve his wife Amanda Palmer, were filed in federal courts in three states.
