The Masters Tournament, PGA Championship, U.S. Open and The Open Championship comprise the men's four annual majors. The Masters is held each year at Augusta National Golf Club while the other three switch venues.

The PGA Championship once was described as the “other” major. Now it's as compelling as any. The stars are aligned going into the second major of the year.

Despite his pedigree at the tournament, there is no expectation of Johnson contending at this year's PGA. He has not won a LIV Golf event since February of last year, and it would be a major surprise if he was to find form at Quail Hollow next week.
