State Representative Jenny Willford filed a lawsuit against Lyft on Monday, claiming the company is aware of a "systemic problem of sexual assault on passengers" following her own alleged assault.

Lyft records showed that her driver was supposed to be someone named Shanu. Instead, an unvetted driver who didn't match the profile's description showed up, according to the suit.
