Jeff Sperbeck's loved ones are publicly mourning his death for the first time, just days after the longtime NFL agent and close associate of John Elway died from a traumatic brain injury sustained in a golf cart accident.

A California sheriff’s office is investigating the death of sports agent Jeff Sperbeck after he fell from a golf cart driven by former Denver Broncos quarterback and Hall of Famer John Elway on Saturday. Sperbeck, 62, rolled and hit his head on the asphalt when he fell off the cart in a private California golf community, according to TMZ.
