While Vice President JD Vance was accompanied by his family for the 2025 Presidential Inauguration, his son Vivek Vance couldn’t hide his true feelings about his dad and Donald Trump’s big day.

If anyone drives in Middletown, they now know it is the hometown of Vice President J.D. Vance. The first sign honoring the vice president was unveiled Thursday, according to a social media post. As previously reported by News Center 7, the signs will read, “Hometown of J.D. Vance, 50th Vice President of the United States of America.”

Before the 2024 presidential election, then vice-presidential candidate J.D. Vance visited the Susquehanna Valley and WGAL Anchor Tasmin Mahfuz got a chance to interview him.

Middletown will put up signs that read, “Hometown of J.D. Vance, 50th Vice President of the United States of America,” the day after Vance is sworn in. The signs will be located at the following locations: On eastbound Central Avenue at Carmody Boulevard (entering from Madison Township)

JD Vance’s first sit-down interview as vice president has been granted to Margaret Brennan, the moderator of CBS’ “Face The Nation.” The exchange will air on Sunday. But conservatives on social media expressed their unhappiness at the move.
