Indian Army is retaliating strongly opposite the Jammu sector in view of the drone attacks on Indian cities by the Pakistan Army. The Army has launched counter attacks however the exact kind is unknown and official confirmation on nature of retaliation is awaited.

Pakistan claimed that India has fired missiles at three air bases in the country. But most of the missiles were intercepted and that retaliatory strikes on India were underway, it said as reported by news agency AP.

Retaliating against the Pahalgam terror attack, Indian armed forces on early Wednesday carried out missile strikes on nine terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, including the Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold of Bahawalpur and Lashkar-e-Taiba's base in Muridke.
