NOVI SAD, Serbia (AP) — Serbian students on Sunday blocked a bridge over the River Danube in the northern city of Novi Sad for over 24 hours as part of their growing anti-graft movement demanding major changes in the Balkan country.

Serbia’s students are leading mass protests and blockades of three bridges over the Danube river in the northern city of Novi Sad, drawing tens of thousands into the streets to express their anger with the country’s populist leadership and to call for change.
