A man and woman are dead after a police standoff inside a Clermont apartment complex. On Thursday, the Clermont Police Department released the names of the suspect and victim and bodycam footage of the apartment standoff that took place at the Cottonwood Apartment complex on 1700 Hooks Street Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators do not yet know the motive for the deadly shooting other than saying it was related to a domestic dispute.

In a news release, police announced that the incident appeared to be a murder-suicide, identifying the woman as Sarah Dale and the gunman as 28-year-old Christian Steeler Filson. They had recently moved to the apartment complex from Nashville, Tennessee.
