An attorney representing the driver of the boat that collided Sunday with a ferry off Clearwater, Florida, killing one person and injuring 10 others, disputes that he fled the scene, as the victim’s family demands answers about an investigation that has so far led to no arrests.

The driver of a private boat that hit a passenger ferry in Florida has denied fleeing the scene after the collision left one dead and 10 injured.

Police investigating previously said the recreational boat that struck the ferry, killing one and injuring several, fled the scene.
