Beyond and home-decor retailer Kirkland’s have entered a partnership that will bring back physical Bed Bath & Beyond stores more than a year after the retailer filed for bankruptcy.Midvale, Utah-based Beyond,

Kirkland’s (NASDAQ:KIRK) and Beyond (NYSE:BYON), the parent company of Overstock, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Zulily, are partnering to increase the exposure of Bed Bath & Beyond with merchandise now offered in Kirkland’s (KIRK) brick and mortar locations.

Beyond, Inc has entered a partnership with Kirkland’s to bring the currently online-only Bed Bath & Beyond back to brick-and-mortar.

Shoppers will be able to find Bed Bath & Beyond-branded products in stores again, at The Container Store locations.

Despite Beyond's Marcus Lemonis saying that the company did not plan to bring Bed Bath & Beyond products back to U.S. stores, a new deal has opened the way for a return.

Kirkland's, a speciality retailer, has formed a strategic partnership with Beyond, the owner of the Bed Bath & Beyond brand, to revitalise the brand to drive sustainable, profitable growth by harnessing the core strengths of both companies. Kirkland's entered into a $17m term loan credit agreement with Beyond today (21 October).

Bed Bath & Beyond is coming back to a physical store near you after going out of business last year. But this time, it’s taking up space at a rival.

After purchasing Harmon's intellectual property rights in August 2023 from the bankrupt parent company, New York-based investor Jonah Raskas plans to reboot five stores in the tri-state area and potentially more down the line.

Capitalizing on Kirkland's merchandising, product development and sourcing teams to expand the reach of Kirkland's Home product assortment, including furniture, rugs and textiles as well as its industry leading core décor business, across the expanded store network, Beyond's websites and other marketplaces.
