Is it open to the public or is it meant only for researchers? What are the timings and on which days is it closed? Is there an entry fee? Is there a Metro station nearby? (Sorry for asking so many questions; there doesn't seem to be an official website for this place and the DDA site doesn't offer much information).

Its open from Mon to sat. One has to reach phase 1 at either 10.30 am or 2.30pm as one can go with guided tours only
