I was so excited to see this place, but I felt it was a bit underwhelming. A few days before this, I toured the Charlottenburg Palace and that blows this place out of the water. Nymphenburg is a lot …Full review by MrZeeLee

The palace is wonderful. It's linked with the history and culture of Bavaria. There are many places to visit in it. Of course, it is nice to walk across the whole park of the location too.Full review by trip-radar

Lovely Palace, but highlight for me was the extensive and well laid out grounds. Easily accessible by tram from city centreFull review by ianmha

I don't know, I didn't bring a suitcase, however nobody there that day walking into the grounds or standing at the entrance line had anything. Backpacks stayed on people, I didn't see any disappear. So I think not.
Does anybody know why it always appears to be cancelled payment when trying to do so? I have tried many times with my card from different banks in the UK, it's awkward but still not successful.

When I lived in Munchen do not recall any curling on the river. I would love to go back for any Christkindlmarkts in any city in Germany

The combination ticket was well worth the value. (We had the Castle pass, but forgot to use it). The Palace is worth the visit, but so is the Marshall building and all the rest. Walk the gardens even in December because the buildings great. I really enjoyed the Marshall (I'm sure I'm not spelling it correctly) and the chapel. The whole grounds was one of my favorite spots to visit on our last trip. Spent at least a half a day there and could have spent longer.
