Is difficult to say but am sure there would be someone at the market willing to negotiate. But you probably won't get the value for it. They are shrewd business people.

I am unaware of any websites. Quality is a personal word. I can't tell if it is real or fake. But if it is well set and I liked it, I bought it- went back twice and wish I would have purchased more.
