As for what's blooming outdoors, depending on how much warm weather we get between now and your proposed visit date, I'd expect to see early spring blooms: scilla, snowdrops, Lenten rose, crocuses, and with any luck, the first daffodils. I normally don't make my first visit of the season to the Garden until late April, just because there's not that much blooming before that. outdoors.
