How far is this from discovery bay? And can I walk down the beach to get there?
A:
You can walk along the beach and boardwalk by the beach from Discovery Bay to the Park. It is only around 10mins walk. Head right(north) when you exit hotel on beach side.

The marine Park is easy to spot as it is just next door to the St James Church, which is lovely to look around as well. You will see a small road that runs along the side of the church, that brings you to the carpark at Folkstone marine centre. There are lots of picnic areas as well, i dont think it will be too far? But they are always the buses that run frequently. Hope you manage to get there.
