This is a great place to hike, with wooded trails and great views of the Potomac River and a small waterfall. Limited parking keeps the crowds down.Full review by Diane S

It is a beautiful hike year round. March is nice because when walking along the river you will have a nice clear view of the water without tree foliage. If it has been raining, It can get a bit muddy along the trail that parallels the river. Wear good hiking boots for traction.
