There is not a parking lot for the Historical Society. Whitaker Street runs in front of the Historical Society and it has no parking. I always found free parking on the street behind the Historical Society [Howard Street] or on the street on the west side. I have been there several times and always found parking. There is a very nice and old walking park directly across Whitaker Street [no parking there].
