This museum is an old army barracks. It is filled with Costa Rican history. It takes a couple hours to go through and was very educational.Full review by stephhammons21

There didn't seem to be any special area for parking right at the museum. However as mentioned by Nathan K, there is secure parking quite close by. Parking on the street should be easy to find, if preferred. (I have to agree with the advice previously given - as per travel anywhere in the world .... be cautious, no matter where you park - lock things in the trunk, don't leave in plain view.)
