When JHW_Nn said "..only a few plum blossom trees out,..", what do he mean? The blossom is thinning as it approaches the end of plum blossom season or there aren't many plum blossom trees? I will be there 15/Mar and hope to be able to see plum blossom. Cross my fingers. Anybody has any idea what is situation of plum blossom by 15/Mar.

I would not go by car, since in this city, everything in the center is close and at walking distance and so you will enjoy much more will seeing all the different sights...
