I’ve been on that trip a few months ago. They do provide helmets and you don’t have to be an experienced rider. The horses are nice and well behaved. The guides are constantly keeping an eye on you. They will give you some basic instructions and it’s enough for the trip. I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it as much as I did!
